Ingredients
- Flat Leaf Parsley: 1 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
- Watercress: large handful watercress
- Broccoli: 85g thin-stemmed broccoli
- Orange: juice 1/2 orange
- Spelt: 140g ready-to-eat spelt
- Trout: 140g hot-smoked trout, flaked
Directions
- Steam the broccoli for 3 mins until al dente. Mix together the orange juice, parsley and spelt, then top with the broccoli, trout and watercress.
