Turkey & spring onion wraps
Ingredients
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
- pesto - 2 tbsp pesto
- lettuce - 4 curly lettuce leaves
- turkey - 250g cooked turkey, shredded
- spring-onion - 6 spring onions, shredded
- cucumber - 12cm chunk cucumber,shredded
- tortilla - 4 flour tortillas
Instructions
- Mix together the mayonnaise and pesto. Divide the lettuce leaves, turkey, spring onions and cucumber between the tortillas. Drizzle over the pesto dressing, roll up and eat.
