- Cinnamon: 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Honey: 1 tsp honey (ideally Manuka)
- Mixed Seed: 1 tsp mixed seeds
- Banana: 1 banana
- Blueberry: 50g blueberries
- Chia Seeds: 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Frozen Fruits Of The Forest: 150g frozen fruits of the forest
- Goji Berries: 1 tbsp goji berries
