Ingredients

  • Milk: 100ml milk
  • Natural Yogurt: 200ml natural yogurt
  • Mint: mint sprigs, to serve
  • Raspberry: 175g frozen raspberry, defrosted
  • Caster Sugar: 1 tbsp caster sugar, or to taste
  • Cranberry Juice: 200ml cranberry juice

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients into ablenderand pulse until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve topped with fresh mint.
