Ingredients
- Double Cream: 142ml carton double cream
- Icing Sugar: 1 tbsp icing sugar
- Coffee: cold coffee
- Sponge Finger: 8 sponge fingers, halved
- Chocolate: chocolate flakes
- Ice Cream: Baileys ice cream
- Baileys: 3 tbsp Baileys
Directions
- Press the sponge fingers into four glasses. Pour on enough cold coffee to soak the sponge.
- Add Baileys ice cream, double cream whipped with icing sugar and Baileys. Scatter with chocolate flakes.
