Lunchbox recipe for 4 as a snack people, takes only 5 mins; recipe has cucumber, iceberg lettuce, spring onion, mint, naan bread, chicken and natural yogurt.

Ingredients

  • Spring Onion: 2 spring onions, sliced
  • Natural Yogurt: natural yogurt to serve
  • Mint: handful mint leaves, torn
  • Chicken: 140g pack cooked chicken tikka pieces
  • Cucumber: 1/4 cucumber, halved and sliced
  • Iceberg Lettuce: 1/4 iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • Naan Bread: 4 plain small naan bread

Directions

  1. Toss all the salad vegetables together. Heat the naan breads in the microwave on Medium for 1 min until puffed up. Remove the breads. Tip the tikka pieces into a bowl and give them a quick blast in the microwave to heat through. Split the breads in half and stuff with the salad, chicken and a spoonful of yogurt.
