- Vegetable Oil: 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Lime: 1 large lime, juiced
- Sesame Oil: 1 tsp sesame oil
- Mirin: 1 tbsp mirin
- Green Cabbage: 1/2 green cabbage or pointed cabbage, shredded as finely as you can
- White Miso: 1 tbsp white miso
- Soy: 1 tbsp soy
Directions
- Whiskthe dressing ingredients together and toss into the shredded cabbage. Keep in the fridge (see tip below) until ready to serve alongside tonkatsu or other Japanese dishes.
