Ingredients

  • Vegetable Oil: 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Lime: 1 large lime, juiced
  • Sesame Oil: 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Mirin: 1 tbsp mirin
  • Green Cabbage: 1/2 green cabbage or pointed cabbage, shredded as finely as you can
  • White Miso: 1 tbsp white miso
  • Soy: 1 tbsp soy

Directions

  1. Whiskthe dressing ingredients together and toss into the shredded cabbage. Keep in the fridge (see tip below) until ready to serve alongside tonkatsu or other Japanese dishes.
