Ingredients
- Olive: 200g tub marinated olives with sundried tomato
- Cucumber: 1/2 cucumber
- Feta: 60g feta
- Courgetti: 250g pack courgetti
Directions
- Slice the cucumber on the diagonal and crumble the feta. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl with a little extra virgin olive oil and some seasoning, then divide between plates.
