Ingredients

  • Olive: 200g tub marinated olives with sundried tomato
  • Cucumber: 1/2 cucumber
  • Feta: 60g feta
  • Courgetti: 250g pack courgetti

Directions

  1. Slice the cucumber on the diagonal and crumble the feta. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl with a little extra virgin olive oil and some seasoning, then divide between plates.
