Ingredients

  • Yogurt: 1 1/2 tbsp yogurt
  • Coriander: 100g coriander
  • Olive Oil: 30ml olive oil
  • Mint: 50g mint
  • Sugar: 2 tsp sugar
  • Lemon: 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Ginger: thumb-sized piece ginger, grated
  • Green Chilli: 1 green chilli, finely chopped
  • Chaat Masala: 1 tsp chaat masala

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients in ablenderand blend until smooth. Do not blend for too long, otherwise it will become very dark. Season with salt to taste.
