Ingredients
- Yogurt: 1 1/2 tbsp yogurt
- Coriander: 100g coriander
- Olive Oil: 30ml olive oil
- Mint: 50g mint
- Sugar: 2 tsp sugar
- Lemon: 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Ginger: thumb-sized piece ginger, grated
- Green Chilli: 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- Chaat Masala: 1 tsp chaat masala
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in ablenderand blend until smooth. Do not blend for too long, otherwise it will become very dark. Season with salt to taste.
