Hot 'n' spicy roasted red pepper & tomato soup

Ingredients
- Garlic Clove: 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Cherry Tomato: 270g cherry tomatoes, halved
- Olive Oil: 1 tbsp olive oil
- Paprika: 1 tsp paprika
- Vegetable Stock Cube: 1 vegetable stock cube
- Ground Almond: 4 tbsp ground almonds
- Roasted Red Peppers: 290g roasted red peppers, drained
Directions
- Put the roasted red peppers in ablenderwith the cherry tomatoes, garlic, vegetable stock cube, 100ml water, paprika, olive oil and ground almonds. Blitz until smooth, season well and heat until piping hot before serving.
