Ingredients
- Spinach: 100g spinach
- Watercress: 100g watercress
- Spring Onion: 1 spring onion, sliced
- Vegetable Stock: 100ml vegetable stock
- Avocado: 1/2 an avocado
- Rice: 100g cooked rice
- Lemon: juice 1/2 lemon
- Mixed Seed: 2 tbsp mixed seeds, plus extra to serve
Directions
- Put the spinach, watercress, spring onion, vegetable stock, avocado, cooked rice, lemon juice and mixed seeds in ablenderwith seasoning. Whizz until smooth. Heat until piping hot.
