- Coriander: coriander leaves
- Cherry Tomato: some halved cherry tomatoes
- Red Onion: some chopped red onion
- Lemon: squeeze of lemon
- Avocado: 1/2 small avocado, diced
- Bread: slice wholegrain seeded bread or rye, or wholegrain pitta, to serve
- Hummus: 2 big spoonfuls hummus
