Ingredients
- Coriander: small bunch coriander, chopped
- Red Chilli: 1 long red chilli, deseeded and finely diced
- Olive Oil: 2 tbsp olive oil
- Red Onion: small red onion, finely chopped
- Lemon: 1 lemon, juiced
- Avocado: 2 ripe avocados
- Salt: salt, to taste
- Tabasco Sauce: 8 drops Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Peel and stone avocados and put in a bowl. Mash using a fork until fairly smooth, but with a little texture. In a small bowl, mix together lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, chilli, coriander, onion, olive oil and salt. Fold this through the avocado. Make it just before serving and don't put it in the fridge.
