Ingredients

  • Mango: 50g chopped mango
  • Pineapple: 50g pineapple pieces
  • Light Brown Soft Sugar: 2 tbsp light brown soft sugar
  • Ice: ice
  • White Rum: 150ml white rum
  • Sparkling Water: 600ml sparkling water
  • Limes: 3 limes, chopped
  • Mint Sprigs: 2 mint sprigs, leaves picked
  • Pineapple Rum: 200ml pineapple rum

Directions

  1. Tip the pineapple, mango, limes and sugar into a large jug and muddle together. Bruise and add the mint leaves, then top with ice. Stir in the white rum, pineapple rum and sparkling water.
