Pea hummus Recipe
Pea hummus is a Dairy-free snack recipe for 4 people, takes only 20 mins; recipe has pea, garlic clove and tahini.
Ingredients
- Garlic Clove - 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp olive oil
- Lemon - squeeze of lemon
- Tahini - 1 tbsp tahini
- Vegetable - raw vegetable sticks, to serve
- Pea - 200g cooked peas
- Cannellini Bean - 1 tbsp cooked cannellini beans, from a can
- Pitta Bread - strips of pitta bread, to serve
Instructions
- Blitz all the ingredients together using a hand blender or food processor. Add 1-2 tbsp water, then blitz again. Transfer a portion to a pot and add to a lunchbox with pitta bread strips and veg sticks. Keep the rest chilled for up to 3 days.
