Peach Melba smoothie is a Smoothie recipe for 2 people, takes only 20 mins; recipe has peach, raspberry and orange juice.
Ingredients
- Raspberry - 100g frozen raspberry, plus a few for garnish
- Orange Juice - 100ml orange juice
- Custard - 150ml fresh custard, plus a spoonful for garnish
- Peach - 410g can peach halves
Instructions
- Drain and rinse peaches and place in ablenderwith raspberries. Add orange juice and fresh custard and whizz together.
- Pour over ice, garnish with another spoonful of custard and a few raspberries. Best served chilled.
