- Cinnamon: pinch of ground cinnamon, to serve
- Lemon Juice: 50ml lemon juice
- Egg White: 1 large egg white
- Ice: ice
- Ceylon Arrack: 50ml Ceylon arrack (see where to buy at ceylonarrack.com)
- Vanilla Syrup: 50ml vanilla syrup
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and shake without any ice. Add some ice and shake again. Strain into a coupette glass, then dust with cinnamon.
