- Olive Oil: 3 tbsp olive oil
- Red Onion: 1 red onion, finely sliced
- Lime: juice 1 lime
- White Wine Vinegar: 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- Smoked Salmon: 140g smoked salmon
- Black Pepper: a little black pepper
- Fennel: 1 fennel, finely sliced
Directions
- Divide the smoked salmon between 4 plates. Toss the fennel, red onion, lime juice, white wine vinegar, olive oil and a little black pepper. Arrange over the salmon and serve.
