Punch recipe for 8 - 10 people, takes only 20 mins; recipe has lemon juice, caster sugar, elderflower liqueur, vodka, apple juice, sparkling water, ice, herb and lemon.

Ingredients

  • Lemon: lemon slices (optional)
  • Lemon Juice: 125ml lemon juice
  • Caster Sugar: 50g caster sugar
  • Herb: fresh summer herbs like lemon verbena, mint and basil (optional)
  • Apple Juice: 500ml apple juice (Bradley is best if you like it sharp)
  • Vodka: 250ml vodka
  • Ice: ice
  • Sparkling Water: 125ml sparkling water
  • Elderflower Liqueur: 250ml elderflower liqueur (we used St Germain)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Transfer into a large serving bowl, add the other liquid ingredients, fill to the top with ice and stir gently. Serve immediately, with herbs and lemon slices, if you like.
