Ingredients
- Lemon: lemon slices (optional)
- Lemon Juice: 125ml lemon juice
- Caster Sugar: 50g caster sugar
- Herb: fresh summer herbs like lemon verbena, mint and basil (optional)
- Apple Juice: 500ml apple juice (Bradley is best if you like it sharp)
- Vodka: 250ml vodka
- Ice: ice
- Sparkling Water: 125ml sparkling water
- Elderflower Liqueur: 250ml elderflower liqueur (we used St Germain)
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the lemon juice and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Transfer into a large serving bowl, add the other liquid ingredients, fill to the top with ice and stir gently. Serve immediately, with herbs and lemon slices, if you like.
