Ingredients

  • Yogurt: 125g/4 1/2 oz pot low-fat yogurt
  • Red Onion: 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • Ham: 3 slices ham
  • Turkey: 3 slices turkey
  • Salad: 180g/6oz bag Continental salad
  • Red Wine Vinegar: 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Walnut: good handful walnut halves
  • Clear Honey: 2 tsp clear honey
  • Pear: 2 ripe pears

Directions

  1. Tip the bag of salad onto a large platter. Quarter, core and slice the pears, and roughly chop the walnuts. Scatter the pears and walnuts over the salad leaves. Cut the turkey and ham into strips and scatter over the top.
  2. Mix together all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl, then drizzle over the salad just before serving.
