Apple & sultana porridge Recipe
Apple & sultana porridge is a Healthy spring recipe for 4 people, takes only 5 mins; recipe has porridge oat, skimmed milk and apple.
Ingredients
- Brown Sugar - 1 tbsp brown sugar, to serve
- Apple - 4 apples, cored and diced
- Sultana - 100g sultana
- Skimmed Milk - 500ml skimmed milk
- Porridge Oat - 100g porridge oat
Instructions
- Put the oats and milk in a small pan and cook, stirring, for 3 mins until almost creamy. Stir in the apples and sultanas, then cook for 2 mins more or until the porridge is thick and creamy and the apples just tender. Ladle into bowls, sprinkle with sugar and eat immediately.
