Ingredients
- Garlic Clove: 1 small garlic clove, shredded
- Lemon Juice: 2 tsp lemon juice
- Avocado: 1 avocado
- Ginger: 1/2 tsp shredded ginger
- Tamari: 1 tsp tamari
Directions
- Mix the garlic, ginger, tamari and lemon juice in a small bowl. Dilute with 1-2 tsp water. Cut the avocado in half and destone, then spoon in the dressing and eat with a teaspoon.
