Ingredients

  • Garlic Clove: 1 small garlic clove, shredded
  • Lemon Juice: 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Avocado: 1 avocado
  • Ginger: 1/2 tsp shredded ginger
  • Tamari: 1 tsp tamari

Directions

  1. Mix the garlic, ginger, tamari and lemon juice in a small bowl. Dilute with 1-2 tsp water. Cut the avocado in half and destone, then spoon in the dressing and eat with a teaspoon.
