Big ham salad Recipe

Big ham salad is a Healthy Christmas buffet recipe for 4 people, takes only 5 mins; recipe has pea, ham and little gem lettuce.

Ingredients

  • Spring Onion - bunch spring onions, sliced
  • Natural Yogurt - 150ml natural yogurt
  • Mint - small bunch mint, roughly chopped
  • Sugar - 1 tsp sugar
  • Little Gem Lettuce - 2 Little Gem lettuces, leaves separated
  • Pea - 200g pea, defrosted
  • Ham - 250g ham, shredded
  • New Potato - 300g cooked new potato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook peas in boiling water for 1 min. Drain and rinse under cold water. Toss with ham, leaves, spring onions, potatoes and two-thirds of mint. Mix remaining mint with yogurt and sugar. Drizzle over salad.
