Big ham salad Recipe
Big ham salad is a Healthy Christmas buffet recipe for 4 people, takes only 5 mins; recipe has pea, ham and little gem lettuce.
Ingredients
- Spring Onion - bunch spring onions, sliced
- Natural Yogurt - 150ml natural yogurt
- Mint - small bunch mint, roughly chopped
- Sugar - 1 tsp sugar
- Little Gem Lettuce - 2 Little Gem lettuces, leaves separated
- Pea - 200g pea, defrosted
- Ham - 250g ham, shredded
- New Potato - 300g cooked new potato, sliced
Instructions
- Cook peas in boiling water for 1 min. Drain and rinse under cold water. Toss with ham, leaves, spring onions, potatoes and two-thirds of mint. Mix remaining mint with yogurt and sugar. Drizzle over salad.
