Ingredients
- Noodle: 250g soba noodle (see know-how below)
- Spring Onion: 4 spring onions, shredded
- Lime: zest and juice 1 lime
- Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp soy sauce
Directions
- Cook the noodles in boiling water according to pack instructions, about 7 mins, then rinse under cold running water until cool. Drain well.
