Ingredients
- Hoisin Sauce: 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- Lime: juice 1/2 lime
- Ginger: 2cm/ 3/4 in fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- Sugar Snap Pea: 200g sugar snap peas, thinly sliced
- Carrot: 3 carrots, coarsely grated
- Coriander: 1/2 small bunch coriander, roughly chopped
Directions
- Make the dressing by whisking the hoisin, lime juice and ginger with 2 tbsp cold water.
