  • Yogurt: 150g pot of 0% fat probiotic yogurt
  • Cinnamon: 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Seed: 1 tsp mixed seeds
  • Kiwi Fruit: 1 sliced kiwi fruit

Directions

  1. Stir the sliced kiwi, mixed seeds and cinnamon into the yogurt, and serve.
