Ingredients

  • Olive Oil: sprinkle olive oil and red wine vinegar
  • Pepper: few slices red pepper and red or white onion
  • Feta Cheese: 3 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
  • Oregano: pinch dried oregano
  • Baguette: 1 small baguette, cut lengthways
  • Lettuce: shredded lettuce
  • Lamb: handful leftover lamb

Directions

  1. Sprinkle the inside of the baguette with a little olive oil, vinegar, oregano and a little seasoning. Layer the lamb, salad veg and feta, then wrap tightly in cling film.
