Ingredients
- Olive Oil: sprinkle olive oil and red wine vinegar
- Pepper: few slices red pepper and red or white onion
- Feta Cheese: 3 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
- Oregano: pinch dried oregano
- Baguette: 1 small baguette, cut lengthways
- Lettuce: shredded lettuce
- Lamb: handful leftover lamb
Directions
- Sprinkle the inside of the baguette with a little olive oil, vinegar, oregano and a little seasoning. Layer the lamb, salad veg and feta, then wrap tightly in cling film.
