Ingredients
- Apple: 1 small apple peeled, quartered and cored
- Ginger: 1 tbsp grated ginger
- Beetroots: 2 small raw beetroots, peeled and roughly chopped
- Water: 300ml water
- Blueberry: 50g blueberry

- Put the beetroot, apple, blueberries and ginger in ablender, top up with water then blitz until smooth.
