Ingredients

  • Apple: 1 small apple peeled, quartered and cored
  • Ginger: 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • Beetroots: 2 small raw beetroots, peeled and roughly chopped
  • Water: 300ml water
  • Blueberry: 50g blueberry

Directions

  1. Put the beetroot, apple, blueberries and ginger in ablender, top up with water then blitz until smooth.
