Smoked mackerel & harissa potato salad

Ingredients
- Red Onion: 1 red onion, diced
- Tomato: 3 large tomatoes, deseeded and diced
- Rocket: 2-3 good handfuls rocket leaves
- Lemon: juice 1/2 lemon
- Creme Fraiche: 5 tbsp creme fraiche
- Harissa: 1 heaped tbsp harissa
- Potatoes: cooked potatoes (from 'Griddled lamb with spiced new potatoes' see 'Goes well with')
- Smoked Mackerel: 300g smoked mackerel, flaked
Directions
- Mix the creme fraiche, harissa and lemon juice, then season to taste. In a large bowl, toss together the potatoes, tomatoes and onion, then stir in the dressing to coat. Scatter with the flaked mackerel and rocket. Stir together before serving.
