Ingredients
- Yogurt: 450g pot fat-free strawberry yogurt
- Milk: 100ml milk
- Honey: 2 tsp honey (optional)
- Porridge Oat: 25g porridge oat
- Berry: 450g bag frozen berry
Directions
- Whizz the berries, yogurt and milk together with a stick blender until smooth. Stir through the porridge oats, then pour into 4 glasses and serve with a drizzle of honey, if you like.
