Carrot & hummus roll-ups Recipe

Carrot & hummus roll-ups is a Low-calorie lunch recipe for 4 people, takes only 20 mins; recipe has hummus, wrap and carrot.

Ingredients

  • Wrap - 4 seeded wraps
  • Carrot - 4 carrots
  • Rocket - small handful rocket leaves
  • Hummus - 200g tub hummus

Instructions

  1. Spread the hummus between wraps. Coarsely grate carrots and scatter on top of the hummus, finishing each wrap with a small handful of rocket leaves and some seasoning. Roll up and eat.
