Crispy garlic & rosemary slices is a Dairy-free snack recipe for 4 people, takes only 25 mins; recipe has potato, olive oil and garlic clove.

Ingredients

  • Garlic Clove - 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • Olive Oil - 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Rosemary - 1 tbsp rosemary needles
  • Potato - 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat grill to medium and simmer the potatoes in salted water for 3 mins. Drain well, tip into a shallow baking tray, then gently toss with the oil, garlic, rosemary and seasoning. Spread out in one layer and grill for 10-15 mins or until crisp and golden.
