Ingredients
- Coriander: 1/2 small pack coriander, chopped
- Tomato: 150g tomatoes, chopped finely
- Lime: 2 limes, zest and juice
- Spring Onions: 3 spring onions, chopped
- Sweetcorn: 326g can sweetcorn, drained
- Green Chilli: 1/2 green chilli, chopped
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl with a good pinch of salt. It's best left to marinate for 30 mins before serving.
