Ingredients

  • Coriander: 1/2 small pack coriander, chopped
  • Tomato: 150g tomatoes, chopped finely
  • Lime: 2 limes, zest and juice
  • Spring Onions: 3 spring onions, chopped
  • Sweetcorn: 326g can sweetcorn, drained
  • Green Chilli: 1/2 green chilli, chopped

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl with a good pinch of salt. It's best left to marinate for 30 mins before serving.
