Ingredients

  • Olive Oil: 1 tsp olive oil
  • Hummus: 3 tbsp hummus
  • Pitta Bread: 1 wholemeal pitta bread
  • Salad: 2 handfuls watercress, spinach and rocket salad mix

Directions

  1. Halve the pitta bread into 2 pockets and toast until opened. Slather the inside of each with hummus. Stuff with salad, drizzle with olive oil and tuck in.
