- Soured Cream: 5 tbsp half-fat soured cream
- Dill: small bunch chopped dill
- Pasta: 300g pasta shapes
- Lemon: juice 1/2 lemon
- Cucumber: 1 cucumber, diced
- Prawn: 300g North Atlantic cooked prawns
- Fennel Bulb: 1 fennel bulb, shredded
