Easy cocktail recipe for 8 - 10 people, takes only 20 mins; recipe has white wine, ginger wine, elderflower cordial, lime, peach, raspberry, ice, sparkling water and edible flowers.

Ingredients

  • Lime: 4 limes, thinly sliced into rounds
  • Raspberry: large handful raspberries
  • White Wine: 2 bottles white wine
  • Peach: 3 peaches, sliced
  • Elderflower Cordial: 80ml elderflower cordial
  • Ice: ice
  • Edible Flowers: edible flowers (optional)
  • Sparkling Water: 1l sparkling water
  • Ginger Wine: 300ml ginger wine (we used Stone's)

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients (except the ice, water and flowers) into two large jugs and put in the fridge for at least 1 hr to chill. Just before serving, top up with the ice and water. Pop a few edible flowers in the jug, if you like.
